The location was amazing, not too far away from River Rats. The airport was 10 minutes' drive away.

My stay was very nice for more than 1 night next time. The breakfast had a wide range of selection, the food was fab. The location was stunning - within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go. The property was set in an amazing area.

The food was brilliant and the location was STUNNING. Perfectly clean units with a decent view, the TV plus a spa bath, and the staff were exceptionally nice.

The location in a lovely area was marvellous and comfortable. Appreciated how the superior suite with a spa bath was arranged when we arrived. The staff was pleasant, took good care of everyone.

efficient staff and the location was lovely and stunning. even the rotorua regional airport was not so far, 5 minutes drive away. i had neat and spotless room with a spa bath, a nice comfortable bed, for instance. the breakfast offered plenty of fabulous meals.

Truly enjoyed our beautifully decorated rooms, plus the staff was efficient. The food was great - plenty of options. Booked a room with exceptional views of lake. It was in a lovely location short walk to Rotorua and the outskirts of Rotorua's town and the shores of lake Rotorua. Furthermore, close to airport.

We didn't like the bed, it was a bit hard.

The hotel offers nicely decorated and well-appointed rooms with a nice comfortable bed and a spa bath, for example. The property has a unique restaurant for breakfast.

We had a wonderful time here. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful throughout our stay. The spa treatments were fabulous, and we loved the bonus of bubbles and canapés. The location has spectacular views and is very convenient for exploring the area.

We highly recommend this place to friends.

Quiet friendly staff showers manuka tea

The manager is excellent and offer lots of information. Helpful and very friendly. Me and my sis stayed in for overnight and the food is fantastic. We both travel a lot and very picky on food. But the food is surprisingly good. We both share a 3 courses entree and 3 courses main in dinner. We managed to finish everything on the table bec of the presentation and the taste. I am highly recommend anyone who book this resort, you should pick one night have dinner in there. Also, we took so much pictures at the jetty especially sunrise and sunset. Very nice and romantice view. Oh, remember to try their mud spa. We did and the result is unbelievable relax and fun. I definately go back again with my partner next trip.
